Many women ask me this question. And in my experience gathering in circle is one of the greatest ways for intuition to flourish. There is a magic that happens when women gather in circle that ignites intuition regardless of past experiences, fears and setbacks in life. Because intuition is fed by trust – in self, other and the Divine, it thrives in circles of women where each week, there is a greater sense of connection, caring, and willingness to reach out to each other. This opens hearts, and trust has a chance to grow where it may have been stuffed down and locked away in the past.
I always say that the greatest block to intuition is a heart that is closed, full of fear, and unable to open to others. In Circle, women’s hearts blossom open and they feel, often for the first time, at home in a “sea of love.” (Sound sappy? When you actually experience it, there are no words to describe how this opening transfers into your day, your week – it shifts body, mind and spirit to encompass a deep inner wisdom and calm as the heart flourishes.)
Intuition is ignited in an open heart – the flame can breathe, just like the woman, when like-hearted, like-spirited and supportive souls are on the journey right along with her. I am blessed to witness this miracle in our intuitive circles.
